A family run business in Brighton

Established in 1995, Sussex Wardrobes is an independent, family business owned and run by Dave Golden, in Brighton, East Sussex. We are sliding wardrobe specialists and do not install hinged doors.

We have built our business on word-of-mouth recommendations. In order to keep our costs competitive, we do not operate a showroom or employ salespeople. We have material samples of our products and a large library of our fitted wardrobe images, to help you make the perfect choice, from the comfort of your own home.

We work as a small team of highly skilled designers and tradespeople. Dave, who has many years' experience in carpentry and design, personally oversees every project from concept to completion.

How We Work

Here at Sussex Wardrobes we have a set process for the designing, quoting and installation of every project we work on. We will always take the time to send you a pre-quote before we book a home visit. This will allow you to decide if the service we provide is suitable for you and within your budget.

Design & Quote

As all of our work is bespoke, we do not have price lists. We will always take the time to start with a pre-quote which will give you a very good idea of cost and design before we visit you. This will allow you to decide if the service we provide is suitable for you and within your expected budget.

We have a large range of quality products which we either order directly from our manufacturers or build from our workshop in Brighton.
