Design and Quote - Our Process & How We Work

What We Do

Our Design Only (without installation) and Bedroom Furniture services cover the whole of Sussex. If you live within approximately 12 miles of Brighton & Hove, we provide a full installation service.

How We Work

As all of our work is bespoke, we do not have price lists. We will always take the time to start with a pre-quote which will give you a very good idea of cost and design before we visit you. This will allow you to decide if the service we provide is suitable for you and within your expected budget. For more information, please view our How We Work page.

How We Work

Contact Us

The first step is to give us a call, or drop us an email via our contact page. It’s helpful to have a basic understanding of your storage requirements and sliding door style preferences at this stage. We will kindly ask you for a photograph of your wardrobe space and some approximate measurements for a pre-quote.

Pre-Quote

A pre-quote allows us to give you an idea of price and discuss your wardrobe a little before we visit. It also helps us to understand your storage requirements and any other features you would like us to include. We can arrange a WhatsApp video call to help you with this.

Home Design Visit

Following our pre-quote and before you place an order with us, we will arrange a free, no obligation home design visit. During our visit we will take exact measurements and survey your bedroom space. We will also show you examples of our work and any material samples you are interested in. The visit usually takes between 30-60 minutes.

Our Quotes and CAD Drawings

Once we have visited your home, we will confirm our quote to you in writing. If required, this will include any adjustments to the design, finish or layout, as discussed during our visit.

Our quotes are valid for 14 days and we never apply any pressure or sales tactics.

We provide CAD drawings of our fitted wardrobe designs. These are sent for your approval before you place an order with us.

Ordering and Installation

On acceptance of our quote, we will send you a deposit invoice. We then place any orders for materials and components which will be delivered to you prior to the installation start date. We prepare our wardrobe external panels and framework in our workshop ready for installation.

Our tried and tested system for installing wardrobes takes care of uneven walls, floors and ceilings without leaving any gaps.

We work hard to ensure that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum during the installation process. We are a small team of well organised and skilled craftsmen. With full attention to detail, we work carefully and efficiently to build our wardrobes, taking great pride in our work.
