01 Initial Contact
To begin, call or email us. All of our details can be found on our contact page.
For a typical fitted wardrobe quote we will discuss your general ideas, room layout, storage requirements and initial sliding door style preferences.
We will also request some further information for a pre-quote and can arrange a video call to help you with this.
02 Pre-Quote
We will kindly ask you to provide us with some basic information for a pre-quote: A Photograph of your wardrobe space, some dimensions (approximate is fine) and any notes you have made.
Approximate Measurements Required: Width (Left to Right), Depth (Front to Back) & Height (Floor to Ceiling).
We will then prepare and send you our pre-quote by email.
03 Home Visit
After you have received our pre-quote and if it's within the budget you have in mind, we will arrange a free, no obligation home design visit with you.
We will take exact measurements, survey your bedroom space and show you examples of our work. We have material samples of our products to make the process easier for you. The visit usually takes between 30-60 minutes.
04 Quote Confirmation
Once we have visited your home, we will confirm our quote to you by email. If required, this will include any adjustments to the price, design, finish or layout, as discussed during our visit.
05 Place an Order
On acceptance of our quote, we will send you a deposit invoice. We then place any orders for materials and components which will be delivered to you prior to the installation start date. We prepare all other components in our workshop ready to bring with us when installation begins.
06 Installation
We work hard to ensure that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum during the installation process. We are a small team of well organised and skilled craftsmen. With full attention to detail, we work carefully and efficiently to build our wardrobes, taking great pride in our work.
