Our process usually starts with an informal conversation to discuss your ideas and preferences. We listen very carefully and will guide you through the whole process. For the majority of new enquiries we are able to prepare a pre-quote, which we will email to you before arranging a free, no obligation home visit.
We aim to make the process of designing your new wardrobe, pleasurable and straightforward. We never apply any sales pressure and will always allow you as much time as you need to make a decision.

For a typical fitted wardrobe quote we will discuss your general ideas, room layout, storage requirements and initial sliding door style preferences.
We will kindly ask you to provide us with some basic information: A Photograph of your wardrobe space, some approximate dimensions* and any notes you have made.
* Width (Left to Right), Depth (Front to Back) & Height (Floor to Ceiling).
After you have received our pre-quote, the next step is to arrange a free, no obligation home design visit.
We will take exact measurements, survey your bedroom space and show you examples of our work. We have material samples of our products to make the process easier for you. The visit usually takes between 30-60 minutes.
Once we have visited your home, we will confirm our quote to you by email. If required, this will include any adjustments to the price, design, finish or layout, as discussed during our visit.
On acceptance of our quote, we will send you our deposit invoice/s, as discussed in advance. We then place our orders for any materials or components that will be delivered to you prior to the installation start date. We prepare all other components in our workshop ready to bring with us when installation begins.
We work hard to ensure that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum during the installation process. We are a small team of well organised and skilled craftsmen. With full attention to detail, we work very carefully and efficiently to build our wardrobes, taking great pride and care in our work.
