Here at Sussex Wardrobes we have a set process for the designing, quoting and installation of every project we work on and we will always take the time to send you a pre-quote before we book a home visit.
After our initial discussion, we will kindly ask you to provide us with some basic measurements and a photograph of your wardrobe space. For a typical fitted wardrobe quote we will also discuss your general storage requirements and initial sliding door style preferences. We can arrange a video call to help you with this.
We will send you our pre-quote (guide quote) by email. This will allow you to decide if the service we provide is suitable for you and within your budget.
We are often able to provide accurate designs and quotations prior to visiting your home.
After you have received our pre-quote and if it's within your budget, we will arrange a free, no obligation home design visit with you.
We will take exact measurements, survey your bedroom space and show you examples of our work. We have material samples of our products to make the process easier for you. The visit usually takes between 30-60 minutes.
Once we have visited your home, we will confirm our quote to you in writing. If required, this will include any adjustments to the price, design, finish or layout, as discussed during our visit.
On acceptance of our quote, we will send you a deposit invoice. We then place any orders for materials and components which will be delivered to you prior to the installation start date. We prepare our wardrobe external panels and framework in our workshop ready for installation.
We work hard to ensure that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum during the installation process. We are a small team of well organised and skilled craftsmen. With full attention to detail, we work carefully and efficiently to build our wardrobes, taking great pride in our work. Sussex Wardrobes owner, Dave Golden will be in close contact at every stage of the work.
