How We Work
We aim to make the process of designing your new wardrobe, easy and straightforward. For the majority of enquiries, we are able to provide accurate designs and quotations prior to visiting your home. This helps us to understand your requirements and to make sure the service we provide is suitable for you.
We always provide a free, home visit before you go ahead with us.
Step 1
All we require for an initial enquiry are some approximate measurements, any notes or sketches that you have made and a photo of your room.
Approximate measurements requested are Width (Left to Right), Maximum Wardrobe Depth & Height (Floor to Ceiling).
We can also arrange a video call to help you with this.
Step 2
We will provide you with a guide quote and layout drawing.
Following our guide quote and layout, if you are interested in going ahead with Sussex Wardrobes, we will then arrange a free, no obligation home design visit.
Step 3
We will visit your home to take exact measurements and survey your bedroom space. We will also show you photo examples of our work and material samples of our products. The visit usually takes between 30-60 minutes.
